Meet Debbie Raynor
I've been licensed to sell real estate in California since 2004. I've lived in the East Bay area from Oakland and Berkeley to the North Bay area-Point Richmond, Benicia and Vallejo. I've been an active realtor, working with sellers, buyers, seniors and investors. My experience and calm demeanor helps my clients feel reassured that they are being listened to and represented by a knowledgeable professional who puts their interests first.
Professional Standards
It is important to me to represent my clients with integrity and uphold professional standards of service. For three years I acted as Chair of the Grievance Committee in our local Solano Association of Realtors. In 2016 and 2017 I acted as Chair for the Professional Standards Committee.
In 2010 I was awarded the Solano Association of Realtors Top Five agents by the Solano Association of Realtors. In addition to working with first time buyers I enjoy working with people transitioning to new phases of their lives, and am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. During the foreclosure crisis I worked with homeowners facing foreclosure and became certified in short sales with a CDPE designation. I also worked with banks as a listing agent and am a charter member of Women in Default Services. Through the years I have received multiple customer service awards. I also get a lot of enjoyment working with investors and sharing my vision and experience for renovations.
I am a graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Architecture and the Social Basis of Design.

Where I Work
I love the Bay Area. I went to school in Oakland and Berkeley and graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Design. I raised my 3 children in Berkeley schools. With friends, family and clients from Alameda and Contra Costa to Napa, Solano and Marin, I get to work around the bay every day.
